What do I do if you don't deliver to my area?

We will be expanding to new areas in the near future. Kindly send us a message through the contact form if you would like your area to be included.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We deliver every day. Our order cutoff is 03:00pm for same day delivery to ensure freshness. Our delivery manager will contact you to confirm your order, delivery time and address via Viber.

What payment methods are accepted?

We are currently accepting payments via the BML Payment gateway.

Is my payment secure?

We use industry standard encryption and other security practices on our site. All information you communicate with us, including your payment details when making a purchase, are protected usig ssl encryption.

How do I place an order?

Simple: 1- Browse our store 2- Add the products you want to your cart 3- Click on the shopping cart to proceed to checkout and payment 4- Follow the checkout instructions till you reach the confirmation page.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we will gladly refund or replace the item at no additional charge to you, subject to our returns and refund policy. Simply get in touch with us via Viber, we will take care of everything.
